​CamArmour Extended Warranty Terms And Conditions

Thank you for your interest in CamArmour products. All our products carry a statutory warranty which assures that the product is fit for use and covered against any manufacturing defects. The duration of the statutory warranty varies according to the applicable law in each country. However, we are so sure that the quality of your CamArmour product will exceed your expectations. Registration only takes a few moments, and the information you provide will also help us to ensure that our products and services answer the needs you express.

Covers & Accessories

LensCovers Warranty: 6 Months 

This product is warranted to be fit for the purpose for which it has been designed and to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee does not cover the product against subsequent damage or misuse. The period of validity of the Standard Limited Warranty is defined by the law in force in the country, state or region where the product is sold. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase to repair your product under warranty.

Warranty Terms

  1. The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is not transferable.

  2. Repairs under the warranty period shall be carried out by company-authorized personnel only. The details of service centres/support required are available at the company website www.camarmour.com or contact us at +918595622721.

  3. It will be the sole responsibility of the buyer to get in touch with our authorized service centre and send the item for repair/replacement. The entire shipping cost (both sides) will be borne by the buyer only.

  4. In the event of repairs to any part/s of the unit, this warranty will after that continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. The time taken for repair and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.

  5. In case of any damage to the product/misuse detected by the authorized service centre personnel, the warranty conditions are not applicable and repairs will be done subject to the availability of parts and on a chargeable basis only.

  6. In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available, the company’s prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.

  7. In the event of the company offering an EXTENDED WARRANTY period for any specific product/period, it is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER to get the warranty card through the online registration process on the company website within 2 weeks of purchasing under such an offer, at the purchaser’s cost and risk only.

  8. Repairs during the warranty period shall be carried on a "Carry In" basis. Wherein for service the purchaser shall bring the product to the Service Center with whom the set is registered for warranty service. The warranty does not cover the cost of transportation of the system from the place of installation to the Service Center.

THIS WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES

  1. The product is not purchased from an Authorized CamArmour sales dealer.

  2. The product purchased is not used according to instructions given in the INSTRUCTION MANUAL, as determined by the authorized service centre/company personnel.

  3. Defects caused by improper use, as determined by the Authorized Service Center / Company personnel.

  4. Warranty shall be void if the product has failed under certain conditions/types (example: mishandling, misuse etc.)

  5. Modification or alterations of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by the company personnel.

  6. The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the product.

  7. Defects due to causes beyond control like misuse or while in transit to a service centre or to the purchaser's residence.

  8. Defects are caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches, or other animals or insects.

  9. Under no circumstance, the company is liable for loss directly or indirectly for any of the following: 
    a. Third-party claims against the customer for losses or damages. 
    b. Economic consequential damages including lost profits.
